An exciting opportunity exists to work in one of Victoria's most innovative and quality focused vineyards.
Reporting to the Vineyard manager this is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic person to play a vital role in our award winning team. He/She will have some vineyard or horticultural experience, but more importantly will be hard working, a self-starter, have an ability to see tasks through from start to finish, show attention to detail and have a keen interest in sustainable and organic viticulture.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will also posses:
- An eye for detail, passion, energy and integrity.
- An interest and understanding in Organic and Biodynamic farming practices
- Relevant qualifications
- Some computer and record keeping skills.
- The motivation to succeed and the enthusiasm to work in a close team environment.
- Very good organisational and planning skills.

We are also looking for a young and enthusiastic person to assist in sales. This is a Melbourne based position and requires good communication skills, understanding of the new media and a willingness to embrace a number of different activities in both sales and marketing. Good computer skills would assist as managing customer databases and assisting in writing newsletters and press-releases would be ideal
