The incredibly strong winemaking results all owe their success to the work done in the vineyard.  Many years of sustainable viticulture and a philosophy of minimal inputs has been a long time in the making, but the quality of grapes produced during some of the most severe drought conditions ever experienced are proof positive that investing in long term soil health and organic viticulture are the best way to achieve improvements in quality.

Ronald has worked in many of the best wine regions in Australia, along with several well known (Italy) and lesser known viticultural regions (India) around the world. Along with his viticultural training, Ronald is also a qualified winemaker, so there can be no doubting his understanding of the importance of flavours,  structure and grape quality.

His passion and desire for constant improvement is only surpassed by his attention to detail.  A man who thrives on making the world a better place, Ronald is driving the organic certification process and is an integral part of the production team, working hand in glove with William to ensure vineyard and winery work as one to produce exceptional wines.
